Spring Break may be over, but keep up with your workout!
Group Exercise is sponsoring a new program, The Biggest GXer, based on the hit TV show, The Biggest Loser!
The program will kick off on Sunday, April 5, with Strength and Relaxation and culminate on Friday, April 10, with Pump It Up! Each participant is assigned to a team color and there are different challenges in store throughout the week to boost your score. The team and the individual with the most points at the end of the week will receive prizes!
Sign up today through April 3 during all regular group exercise classes.
