The Office of Sustainability is hiring students for fall 2009 for the inaugural group of Eco-Reps for Elon’s new peer education program dedicated to promoting environmentally responsible behaviors.
What is an Eco-Rep?
An Eco-Rep is a student peer educator who will help raise awareness of environmental issues and encourage environmentally responsible behavior of fellow students. Eco-Reps will educate their peers about environmental issues such as waste reduction and energy conservation through Sustainable Living lessons as requested by faculty and staff for appropriate classes and related programs and activities in coordination with Residence Life staff.
