Former DEA Agent Michael McManus, one of the men responsible for arresting a major American drug trafficker whose story is captured by Johnny Depp in the 2001 movie "Blow," will be on campus for a 7:30 p.m. talk in Alumni Gym about his experiences and a career that presents life or death situations every day on the job.

A panel of five Elon faculty members, including Kenn Gaither, an assistant professor in the School of Communications discussed in McKinnon April 8 the importance of learning a foreign language and developing an intercultural skill-set in a world that is being globalized impetuously.
