To further Elon’s sustainability initiatives and provide convenient access to current and historical payroll information, application technologies and payroll have teamed up to create online pay vouchers. Effective immediately, all full and part-time faculty, staff and students will have access to their current pay vouchers through OnTrack.
Employees can now view their payroll vouchers at anytime, even if away from campus on payday. On-line pay vouchers can be viewed from any computer with internet access at www.elon.edu/e-net.
Employees will also have access to previous pay vouchers by pay period from January 2006 forward which will enable them to review and compare month to month deductions. For the month of April, employees will receive both paper and on-line vouchers.
Beginning in May, paper vouchers will be discontinued and only the on-line version will appear. Please remember that current and prior pay vouchers can be viewed at anytime, however it is possible to print a voucher from your computer if you prefer.
To access on-line payroll vouchers:
Click on “Tools” at the top of the Elon homepage
Click on “OnTrack”
Click on “OnTrack for Employees” or “OnTrack for Faculty” or “OnTrack for Students”
Click on “Log In”
Enter your user I.D. and password, press submit (For assistance contact the help desk @ x5200)
Click on “Pay Vouchers”
Click on the pay period you are interested in
When you are finished, press “Close Window”
On-line payroll information is password protected, however you should always log out before leaving your computer so your payroll information cannot be viewed by someone else.
