Elon University School of Law welcomes faculty from all law schools in North and South Carolina on Thursday, May 21, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for the 2009 North and South Carolina Legal Research and Writing Colloquium. Faculty from other disciplines and practing attorneys will participate in the colloquium as well.
Faculty participants in the forum include Catherine Ross Dunham and Catherine J. Wasson of Elon Law, Molly Brownfield, Lauren Collins, Diane Dimond, and Jeremy Mullem from Duke University Law School, Ruth Ann McKinney from the University of North Carolina School of Law, Katie Rose Guest Pryal from UNC’s Department of English and Elon Law, and Barbara Lentz from Wake Forest University School of Law.
Additional participants include Lori Reese Patton, of Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, Whitney Passmore, Law Clerk to Hon. N. Carlton Tilley, Jr., U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina, and Emily Eisele Lewis, Law Clerk to U.S. Magistrate Judge Wallace W. Dixon, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
