Students in the Elon in Los Angeles program will have the opportunity to attend the Marina Del Rey Summer Classical Concert at 7 p.m. (PST) June 23 at Burton W. Chace Park.
Four brilliant young winners and finalists from the Loren Zachary Vocal Competition are soloists with Frank Fetta and the Marina del Rey Summer Symphony. This popular series of free outdoor concerts is held in one of the most spectacular waterfront settings in Los Angeles, Burton W. Chace Park. Attracting stellar musical talent, four classical music concerts featuring the 75-member Marina del Rey Summer Symphony alternate with four exciting pop concerts on select Thursday and Saturday evenings. All concerts are free to the public. Concerts begin at 7 p.m. and generally lasts about two hours.

Limited disabled parking is available in all public lots. Concert parking is not allowed in Waterside Shopping Center.
Driving to Marina del Rey
(Take the 101 north to the 405 south). From the north, drive south on San Diego Freeway (405–S), past the junction with Santa Monica Freeway (10). Exit at Marina Freeway (90) West and continue approximately 2.5 miles. As the freeway ends, turn left onto Mindanao Way. Continue on Mindanao Way for approximately 1.5 miles to Chace Park.
