On Thursday, August 27, there will be a brown bag lunch from 12:10-12:50 in Room 206 of the law school, with Elon Law's Distinguished Jurist in Residence, Justice James G. Exum, Jr., discussing effective ways of briefing cases, an important skill which he has used throughout his professional career.
Justice Exum, an attorney at Smith Moore Leatherwood LLP in Greensboro, served on the North Carolina Supreme Court from 1974 to 1994, and was Chief Justice from 1986 to 1994. He currently leads his firm’s appellate practice group.
All members of the student body at Elon Law are invited for this luncheon workshop.
