Interns will participate in the application-taking process with citizens seeking assistance during the holiday season. They may/will conduct interviews, collect information and then follow up with personal references provided by applicants. Transfer of selected information from applications to company data base and upkeep of records will be included in duties. Interns will also be responsible for assembling Christmas gift packages for families who do not receive outside sponsorship (all gift items provided by corporate/individual donors).
Open to all majors, but Human Services, Psychology and other social science majors or students interested in non-profit work are especially encouraged to apply.
