The Elon Pre-Law Program and the Elon University Undergraduate Mock Trial team will be holding a Public Trial on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at 7 p.m. in Koury Business Center Room 101. The trial will be a one-hour performance of portions of the 2009-2010 case for the Mock Trial team. This event is intended to give prospective members of the Mock Trial team an idea what a trial looks like, as well as inform the general public about what Elon Mock Trial is all about!
Any student interested in pre-law or finding out more about the 2009-2010 mock trial team should attend this meeting to receive further information.
The Mock Trial team is open to any student in any major. Most of our team members don’t even want to go into the law or law school. The Mock Trial team is an exercise in critical thinking and public speaking taught through the legal process. For more information on the team please visit the websites to the right and come out to this event!
If you have any questions prior to this event on Wednesday, please e-mail us at mocktrial@elon.edu.
We will be happy to talk to you!
