Mileah Kromer, an assistant professor of political science and assistant director of the Elon University Poll, spoke with News 14 Carolina this week for an interview on the upcoming Charlotte mayoral and city council elections.
Kromer addressed questions based on data from the first Elon University Poll of the fall semester. The poll surveyed residents of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County in North Carolina to measure attitudes on the candidates running for mayor, the issues most affecting their lives, and how those issues will affect their decisions in the voting booth.
The poll, a community survey conducted in cooperation with Johnson C. Smith University, was featured in additional Charlotte media outlets. News 14 is a statewide 24-hour cable news service available to Time Warner Cable subscribers.
