Elon Law professor Eric Fink addressed Mitchell Community College students, faculty and staff on September 8, the day after Labor Day, delivering a speech titled, "The State of the Unions: U.S. Labor Today."

Fink, who earned his law degree at New York University, has practiced labor and employment law with Leonard Carder, LLP, in Oakland and San Francisco, California, as well as civil litigation and employment law at The Weinstein Firm, Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, and Willig, Williams & Davidson, all in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
