Troy Martin, assistant director of academic advising, and Stephen Bloch-Schulman, assistant professor of philosophy, presented papers together for a panel of The South Atlantic Philosophy of Education Society 2009 Annual Meeting on Sept. 25 in Chapel Hill, N.C.

On Friday, October 23, from 5 to 7 p.m., the first annual Elon Law Alumni Homecoming Celebration will take place in The Loft space of Natty Greene's, 345 South Elm Street in Greensboro.

The American Heart Association announced this week that Elon is one of eight Triad area companies to achieve national Start! Fit-Friendly recognition for promoting physical activity and health in the workplace.

Work by professor emeritus David Noer has appeared in recent days in a regional newspaper and in a widely read magazine that focuses on applied academics and thinking practitioners in the area of leadership and leadership development.
