Barbara Miller, an assistant professor in the School of Communications, received a research grant from the Arthur W. Page Center for Integrity in Public Communication at Penn State to study ethics in environmental communications.
The Center selected 10 academic projects to fund from a pool of 33 proposals from researchers at 30 academic institutions and four professional organizations.
Miller and co-author Janas Sinclair (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) will investigate the values basis of public response to marketplace advocacy campaigns and their impact on environmental attitudes.
