For any male students who’d might be interested in playing club indoor volleyball here at Elon, there will be an interest meeting on Wednesday, March 3, in Belk Library, room 102 from 7:30-8 p.m.
To move past our current stage of development and get closer to becoming approved as a club team, we need to have at least 20 signatures of individuals willing to participate. The meeting will be short and quick, and everyone who arrives will sign their names to a prospective roster sheet. At the meeting, we will give an update on everything that has happened so far in our process to create a club sport that many people have wanted for quite some time. All we need is to get everyone’s signatures.
Even if you already signed the roster previously, please come anyway so we can see who is joining us and you can learn more about the prospective team. If you know anyone who is interested in playing club indoor volleyball, please bring them and notify them of our efforts. Do not feel intimidated if you are interested but have never played before; no prior experience is necessary. We hope to see everyone there and have a great turnout so we can get even closer to establishing this team.
