In this one hour session we will discuss:
• Traditional Jewish views on tattoos
• Is getting a tattoo an affront to victims of and memories of the Holocaust?
• If you get a tattoo and your parents are opposed to it, are you violating the precept to honor one’s parents?
• New laser technology has raised the possibility of removing what was once irremovable. How does this change the way we think about the permanence of tattoos?
