Neeraj Gupta and Wonhi Synn, finance professors in the Love School of Business, recently had their paper, “Valuing Investments Decisions: Flotation Costs and Capital Budgeting,” published in the Journal of Business and Economics Research (2010, Vol. 8).
Their research addresses the factoring of flotation costs in capital budgeting decision-making, and demonstrates an alternate approach by assigning a higher initial investment while keeping the cost of capital unchanged.
The Journal of Business and Economics Research is a Cabell’s peer-reviewed publication of the Clute Institute for Academic Research.
