The Office of Sustainability is seeking an intern for the 2010-11 academic year. The intern will assist with promoting sustainability initiatives and events, help research and implement sustainability initiatives and serve as the student coordinator for the Eco-Reps program. The Eco-Reps program is a peer education program dedicated to promoting environmentally responsible behaviors. For additional information on the Eco-Reps program, visit the link to the right.
This position requires excellent communication skills – oral and written, superb organizational skills, leadership, self-motivation, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and environmental knowledge and interest. As the Eco-Reps program student coordinator, he or she will help manage the program including seven student peer educators (Eco-Reps) and must be comfortable in a leadership role.
