Elon Law’s Student Bar Association honors outstanding staff and students at third annual Barrister’s Ball

At the third annual Barrister's Ball, hosted by the Student Bar Association, students honored individuals and organizations at the law school for outstanding achievements and noteworthy support of the Elon Law community.

The following awards were presented to students and staff members for their many contributions to the Elon Law community:

• Organization of the Year: The Black Law Students Association

• Campus/Greater Community Involvement Award: Business Law Association

• Program of the Year: Business Law Association (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program)

• Officer of the Year: Kelly Dees, President, Women’s Law Association

• Outstanding Service to Students Award: Tammy Horn, Registrar

The Barrister’s Ball is an annual event of the Student Bar Association and is organized by the Social Committee of the SBA.
