On Monday, April 26 at 6:30 p.m., the Piedmont Triad Lawyers Chapter and the Elon University Law School Chapter of the Federalist Society will host a discussion on the impact of the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision, with Gary Bartlett, Executive Director of the North Carolina State Board of Elections; Wake Forest University Law School Professor Michael Curtis; and Hans von Spakovsky, a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation and former Chairman of the Federal Election Commission.
The panel will be moderated by Elon University Law School Professor Scott Gaylord.
A networking event and reception will be held at 5:30 p.m. prior to the event.
