Online registration for Family Weekend events opened Aug. 2 at noon.
Highlights during the weekend, which will run Oct. 1-3, include:

• Concerts and student talent exhibitions
• Picnic lunch at Lake Mary Nell
• Elon vs. Samford football game
• Mini-classes taught by award-winning faculty
• Grandparent activities
• Coffee with President Leo M. Lambert

Organizers recommend that people interested in attending register early to ensure a spot since some of the events, such as the Collage concerts, are expected to sell out quickly.
