Emily Weisenhoff, a rising senior marketing major, had the opportunity this summer to intern in the Global Marketing department at NASDAQ.
As a NASDAQ OMX Summer Associate, Emily worked on a campaign for the new brand platform “Dream it. Do it.” She contributed to both internal and external brand launch efforts, initiating a viral marketing campaign using various social media platforms and interviewing executives to create brand videos for employees. She also assisted the Corporate Communications department in the development of a new global Intranet site.
Emily was honored for her efforts at the end of her internship with the opportunity to participate in the closing bell ceremony at MarketSite in Times Square, and an invitation to continue working with the Marketing team.
