Associate professor Hunter Bacot joined with leading political scientists in North Carolina on Oct. 19 for a panel discussion on the 2010 elections, an event in Raleigh, N.C., sponsored by the North Carolina FreeEnterprise Foundation.
Bacot was one of three panelists. He accompanied Andrew Taylor, a professor and chair of the political science department at N.C. State University; and Michael Bitzer, associate professor and chair of the Department of History and Politics at Catawba College.
The NCFEF hosted the discussion at the North Carolina Farm Bureau Federation Auditorium. The three professors spoke on the implications of the 2010 elections and what their outcomes would mean for the state.
Bacot also serves as director of the Elon University Poll.
