Paul Crenshaw, assistant professor of English, recently published two essays, one in the Southern Humanities Review and the other in the Connecticut Review.
“After the Ice,” an essay detailing the murder of a young child, and the aftermath of the tragedy in the author’s hometown in Arkansas, appears in the fall 2010 issue of Southern Humanities Review. The essay has also been nominated for the Pushcart Prize by the editors of SHR.
“Lying,” an essay about the author’s military service, appears in the fall 2010 issue of Connecticut Review.
