Artist talk and reception honoring Gignoux, known for art quilting and book arts, and a former Penland student, mentor and teacher. This event is in conjunction with the Alamance Reads 2011 community book celebration of The Pleasure Was Mine by Tommy Hays. Gignoux’s exhibition, Pages – Mixed Media Works, is on view in Belk Library through February 18.
