Terribilini Publishes Article in Nucleic Acids Research

Michael Terribilini, assistant professor of biology, has published a co-authored article, PRIDB: a protein-RNA interface database.

Protein-RNA interactions are critical in many biological processes and the article describes a database designed to facilitate analyses of these interactions.  The PRIDB database is freely accessible online.

The article appears in the annual Database Issue of Nucleic Acids Research, an important resource for scientists looking for the information that drives research in the life-sciences.
