Elon Law professors Steve Friedland and David Levine delivered presentations on trade secrecy and privacy in the digital age at a January 20 program of The Cardozo Society of the Greensboro Jewish Federation.
The Cardozo Society is an affinity group dedicated to social and philanthropic educational opportunities for attorneys and law students.
Levine’s presentation was titled “Transparency, FOIA and Trade Secrecy.”
Friedland’s presentation was titled “Collapse of Traditional Privacy Understanding in the Digital Age.”
The forum was free to participants and approved for Continuing Legal Education credit by the North Carolina State Bar.
