Beta Alpha Psi to feature Sam Burke ’89, partner, PwC

Sam Burke ’89, partner with Pricewaterhouse Coopers and member of the Love School of Business Board of Advisors, will be the featured guest speaker for Beta Alpha Psi during the accounting and finance organization’s meeting on Tuesday, March 8.

Before joining PwC as a partner in the company’s national independence office, Mr. Burke worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission as associate chief accountant. He also previously served as an auditor in public accounting for 11 years. Burke graduated from Elon in 1989 with a B.S. in Accounting.

Mr. Burke will talk to Beta Alpha Psi members about his extensive experience with public accounting and his work for the SEC. He will be joined by associates from PwC’s Greensboro office.
