Elon’s Dining Services received higher marks for overall visitor experience in the 2010 DiningStyles Customer Satisfaction Survey than did any other food provider at a college or university in the Southeast.
The scores were the 14th highest in the nation and the highest Elon Dining Services, which is operated by ARAMARK, has received to date.

• Understand what is most important to students, faculty and staff.
• Evaluate current performance and address key opportunities to increase consumer satisfaction.
• Segment the population to understand usage preferences.
• Implement a performance tracking tool to monitor performance evolution over time.
