Founding Dean and Professor of Law Emeritus Leary Davis presented at a Leadership Forum of the University of Maryland School of Law on February 28.
Davis’s presentation, titled, “Why Law Schools Should Emphasize Leadership Theory and Practice,” surveyed basic and advanced leadership skills important for success in the legal profession, models for leadership education in law schools, and obstacles to broad reform of legal education.
The event was organized through the University of Maryland School of Law’s Leadership, Ethics, and Democracy program (LEAD).
