Berenstain will talk with students about his parents’ creations, their philosophy of children’s literature, and what the future has in store for the furry Bear family as the 50th anniversary of the series approaches next year.
Stan Berenstain died in 2005. Today, Mike Berenstain collaborates with his mother to continue to Bears’ legacy.
Mike Berenstain’s visit is sponsored and organized by the School of Education and has been coordinated by Laura Williams, director of the Curriculum Resources Center.
