The Help Desk is currently accepting applications for Summer Help Desk Assistants.
Campus Technology Support houses a team of help desk assistants, each harnessing the core values of quality customer support and dedication to the university. Staff are hired in at an entry level position with the opportunity to advance over the course of their employment. Core duties include store front customer support, lab management and technological upkeep, and generalized computer repair support. Candidates for this role often have limited experience with computers, but a desire to learn and adapt their abilities to the needs of the computer support team.
The positions would work the summer terms beginning the Monday following graduation and continue through Fall, Winter, and Spring terms.
Training for the positions will begin the last week in April and conclude May 1. If interested please click the link below to download an application.
