Students who responded to the provost's survey indicating they will participate In Convocation for Honors on Thursday, April 7, can read this note for more information regarding academic regalia and procedures for the event.
If you haven’t already obtained academic regalia for Convocation for Honors, it may be picked up at the Campus Shop during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Please do this before the afternoon of Thursday, April 7.
You must arrive at Koury Athletic Center for Convocation promptly at 3 p.m. wearing academic regalia.
On Thursday at 3 p.m.:
If your last name begins with letters A through L: Assemble on the West side of Koury Center (Williamson Avenue)
If your last name begins with letters M through Z: Assemble on the East side of Koury Center (Young Commons)
The student procession into Alumni Gym will begin at 3:20 p.m. Please make every effort to arrive ready and on time.
