As the Elon Black Alumni Network works to develop intentional and supportive relationships with the current student body, they would like to offer a leadership development workshop to assist you in developing a strategic plan for both your career and personal goals. This session will be held on April 16th from 9am-10:30am in Johnston Hall. It is our hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity. In an effort to plan appropriately, we are asking you to RSVP to this email by Monday, April 11, 2011. If you know of friends that would be interested in this opportunity, please feel free to pass this information along. This workshop is a wonderful idea to develop specific steps needed in order to reach your overall goals. You will not want to miss out on this workshop, I guarantee you will walk away with information that many of your peers are not thinking about.
In preparation for this session, please bring any ideas about goals you have or would like to set along with any life plans you are considering. To assist you in getting the thoughts flowing, you may start by thinking about the answer to this questions, “Where do I see myself in the next 10 years?” This will help you think about or at least considered some of the steps and decisions you may need to consider.
