The Service Learning Community will be holding an art show on Friday, April 29. The show will start at 7:30 p.m. in Moseley 215. We will be selling art, including photographs, and bit of jewelry to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation. All proceeds from the evening will go to the foundation to further Parkinson’s research.
If you cannot attend the event, you could still donate art and encourage your friends to attend. We are accepting donations of any medium and the proceeds will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation. If you would like to donate your amazing artwork, please let me know you’re interested! We would love to have the pieces by Tuesday, April 26.
If you don’t have art to donate you can still help! We’re having a fundraiser all day at YoZone on April 28 – 10% of the proceeds will go to the Michael J. Fox Foundation!
Of course, bring your cash to buy beautiful artwork made by Elon students. We will also have a speaker, Dr. Burton Scott, who works with Parkinson’s patients at Duke.
For more information or to donate artwork, contact Jeff Flitter at jflitter@elon.edu.
