Free Kosher-for-Passover meals at the Truitt Center

Elon Hillel & the Truitt Center are offering free drop-in Kosher-for-Passover lunches and dinners at the Truitt Center.

PASSOVER LUNCH will be available every day from 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., Tuesday, April 19, through Tuesday, April 26. No reservation necessary. Non-Jewish friends and colleagues welcome.

At lunch you will be able to make:
• Matzoh with cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, cheese, butter, tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad (please don’t mix meat & milk)
• Matzoh pizza with cheese & tomato sauce & herbs
• We will also have: Passover desserts, hard-boiled eggs, baked potatoes, salad fixings, yogurt & fruit, pickles

PASSOVER DINNER will be different each evening, and will be served from 5:30 – 7 p.m.
We will not be providing dinner on Tuesday, April 19 (second-night Seder with Chabad) or Friday, April 22 (Shabbat with UNC or Duke).

The dinner themes are:
• Kosher chicken schnitzel, Wed., 4/20
• Brisket & latkes, Thursday, 4/21
• Cookout at Truitt Center (Kosher hot dogs & chicken), Saturday, 4/23
• Breakfast for dinner (matzoh brie, etc.), Sunday, 4/24
• Matzoh ball soup, tomato soup, & grilled matzoh sandwiches, Monday, 4/25
