Elon Academy announces fifth class of scholars

Twenty-three rising sophomores from the Alamance-Burlington School System have been selected to join the fifth class of scholars in the Elon Academy, a college access and success program for academically talented students, on the Elon University campus.

Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic hosts regional immigration law seminar

A two-day seminar organized by the faculty, staff and students of the Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic at Elon Law featured presentations by immigration law scholars and practitioners, law enforcement officials, and leaders of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service. Dozens of non-profit immigration service providers and attorneys specializing in immigration law attended the event.

Elon’s Bateman Team places in top three in nation

Elon University finished third in the nation in the 2011 Bateman Case Study Competition, a national contest established by the Public Relations Society of America to give university students an opportunity to exercise the analytical skills and judgment required for public relations problem solving.
