Byung Lee, an associate professor of Communications, presented research and served as a the main instructor for a full-day workshop at two professional conferences in August.
At the Association of Education in Journalism and Mass Communication conference Aug. 9 in St. Louis, Lee led a whole-day workshop titled “User-friendly Multimedia Storytelling: Using Flash Interactivity.” Then, Aug. 15-16, Lee attended the International Conference on Evolving News Consumption in a New Media Environment at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he presented his research “Changing model on the relationship between news media and their audience.”
