The workshop intention is to provide a foundation for understanding the social phenomenon called “bystander behavior.” Life provides opportunities to speak up when you see something wrong happening. But instead of speaking, you find yourself unable to act. Being a bystander doesn’t mean you are a bad, awful person. Being a bystander simply means that you are a human being experiencing a very common phenomenon: bystander behavior. In this workshop, you will learn more about bystander behavior and strategies to overcome this phenomenon.
