Who will be the next Alpha male?
Alpha Chi Omega will host the third-annual “Mr. Alpha Chi” male beauty pageant on Saturday, Nov. 5 at 3 p.m. in Yeager Hall, Center for the Arts.
This year’s competition features formal wear, swimwear, talent and choreographed dance categories. The 11 contestants are represent Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Phi Alpha, Sigma Phi Epsilon, Delta Upsilon, Sigma Chi, Lambda Chi Alpha, Liberal Arts Forum, Pi Kappa Phi, Kappa Delta and Sigma Pi.
Scoring is based upon the following:
25% judges scores
25% money raised for each contestant
50% ticket sales are in support of the contestant, so buy a ticket in support of a contestant
Michelle Leibel and Alpha Chi Omega sweetheart, Kendall Adkins, will be hosting the event.
Tickets are on sale in Moseley through Friday, Nov. 4, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. They are $5 in advance and $7 at the door. All proceeds benefit Family Abuse Services of Alamance County.
