Mary Gowan, professor of management in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, has been named to the editorial review board for the Journal of Managerial Psychology.
JMP articles focus on the application of psychology theory and practice to human resource management and are designed to assist managers in handling current personnel issues. The journal aims to promote a dialogue between theory and practice, and to disseminate high quality quantitative and qualitative research to students and practitioners of management, psychology, and allied fields. Target audiences for the journal include academics, consultants, counsellors, general and line managers, personnel professionals and training specialists, and recruitment specialists.
