The conference will feature panels on war and the question of ‘command responsibility;’ war crimes and human rights; human rights, corruption and poverty; and immigration and human rights.
Angolan human rights activist, Rafael Marques de Morais, will deliver a luncheon address at the conference.
A number of Elon graduates from the History & Geography Department and School of Law will deliver papers at the conference. This event is open to all Elon students and faculty.
