Elon University's School of Communications is offering a new program geared toward students from all universities who want to explore careers in the entertainment Industry.
Elon in Los Angeles is a unique program that offers students the opportunity to live in the city, take classes and do internships. Students will be enrolled in three or four classes while working at one or two professional internships.
The 2013 spring semester in Los Angeles will run from Feb. 1-May 10.
Students can enroll in classes offered in production, acting, public relations and law. Some of the classes will include: Media Law & Ethics, Acting for Cinema, Entertainment Public Relations, Screenplay Theory & Analysis, History of Contemporary Art and Short Script Writing. All courses will be supplemented with master classes from alumni and industry professionals.
