In February, Elon Law Professor Tom Molony delivered his third consecutive North Carolina Business Law Update at the Joint Annual Meetings of the Business Law, Corporate Counsel and International Law & Practice Sections of the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA).
Molony’s report on current legal developments affecting North Carolina business practitioners at the NCBA meeting, held February 16 and 17, examined significant business cases decided in the past year by North Carolina and Delaware courts in areas of Corporate Law, Limited Liability Company Law, Partnership Law, and Commercial Law.
