Are you interested in learning about the lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender-queer community at Elon and our developing affinity network? Attend this summit sponsored by the Elon Alumni Association on March 30-31.
The Elon Commitment calls for “an unprecedented university commitment to diversity and global engagement.” As part of this goal, the Elon Alumni Association is excited to announce the development of the LGBTQIA (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex/Inquiry, and Ally) Affinity Network. This network will serve as an extended branch of the EAA in connecting, engaging, supporting and celebrating our Elon graduates.
We will host an inaugural planning summit Friday, March 30, and Saturday, March 31, with faculty, staff, alumni and students to develop the mission and goals for the LGBTQIA Alumni Network.
You can play a part in advancing this goal and supporting the LGBTQIA Summit in a couple of ways:
