Elon University is hosting its second annual Cinderella Project. The event was started as a way to provide prom dresses to underprivileged girls who may have otherwise been unable to afford the costs of going to prom. Though this is still an integral part of the day, high school girls from the Burlington community will also be coming to Elon’s Moseley Center for a day of workshops, speakers, raffles, food, and most importantly, female empowerment. But we need YOUR help!
Volunteers are needed for the following tasks:
*Set-up on the evening of April 6
*Set-up the morning of April 7
*”Fairy Godmother” who will take a group of girls around to each of the events on April 7th and serve as a mentor for the day
*”Dress Consultants” to help the ladies try on and pick the perfect dress
