- February 24 – Introduction to the grant process and finding sources of funding
- March 30 – Proposal Writing: Elements of a proposal
- April 13 – Budgets, Indirect Costs, Subcontracts, and Matching Funds
- April 27 – Research Compliance, IRB, IP, etc.
Those who actively participate in the series and submit an external grant through Sponsored Programs or Foundation Relations before the end of the 2012-13 academic year will receive a $500 stipend in recognition of their valued work.
