Amendment One, if passed by North Carolina voters in the May 8 primary, would enshrine marriage as between one man and one woman in the state constitution.

The Scoop blog, overseen by Diane Winston, Knight Chair in Media and Religion at USC, reaches hundreds of journalists and is promoted on Facebook and Twitter. A statement on the website for the Knight Chair reads, “Our goal is to serve as a resource for journalists, including journalism educators and students seeking new models for covering politics, science, sex and gender among other key issues for the 21st century.”
