Betsy Stevens, associate professor of management in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business, participated in the Ethics Roundtable hosted at Cornell University April 29-30.
The Center for Hospitality Research at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration hosted the event, which focused on fostering ethical leadership.
Stevens led the discussion “Meeting the Challenges of Ethical Leadership: Responsibilities and Best Practices in Organizations.” She was the only invited facilitator who is not a faculty member at Cornell University.
Industry leaders and hotel managers, along with Cornell University graduate students, attended the conference.
