Global Neighborhood construction will impact vehicle flow on Phoenix Drive.

With construction of the Global Neighborhood set to begin with weeks, work is expected along Phoenix Drive that will impact the use of that street over much of the summer.
During the month of June, Duke Energy is running power from the roundabout at North O’Kelly to the Harper Center Lot, so traffic going to the Health Center/Greek houses will need to access the site from Williamson Avenue.
During the month of July, the contractor will reroute a section of the drive from the statue to the Harper Center. Traffic going to the Health Center/Greek houses will need to access the site from O’Kelly.
Construction administrators at the university ask drivers to plan their routes accordingly.
