Dave Powell gave an invited presentation in the Academic Track at IBM Software Innovate 2012.
IBM Software Innovate 2012 was a four day June 3-6 event in Orlando,Florida with over 400 technical sessions discussing the latest in IBM product releases, best practices in software development and key emerging technologies in agile development, mobile development, cloud computing and social computing. Dave Powell gave an invited presentation titled “IBM Academic Cloud Outshines Google App Engine”. In this presentation, Dave presented the use of the IBM SmartCloud Enterprise by Elon students in the Spring 2012 CSC430 Advanced Programming Course as the platform for all student development.
